As one of the founding members of Jobing.com, a geographically-focused recruitment job board, he focused on business development, strategy, project management, recruiting, and everything and anything in between.
Jon believes effective recruiting is strategically unique for each company. Jon established The Recruiterie, to invest significant time in both the companies and candidates to build partnerships.
